Preached Retreats and Individually Guided Retreats are silent. The Midweek retreat start with an evening meal at 6.00pm and finish with lunch on the last day. The 8 Day IGR start with an evening meal at 6.00pm and end after breakfast on the last day. Weekend Retreats begin with an evening meal at 6.00pm on Friday and end after lunch on Sunday.
